PC Two Items & Info Plz
First, though it is somewhat described in component guide, the detail did not mention what the % refered to, armor penetration or chance:
Sundering Bow Sting Armor Penetration 10% (chance 7%) And the second item Gold Insightful Staff of Shelter Energy +9 Fire Damage 10-19 (req 10 fire magic) Energy +3 Armor +7 (vs physical attacks) On this second item, would it better to sell it as is, or to salvage it for the component. Also, as I still don't understand how to determine which of the two components will be salvaged, is there a way to know in advance or is it random?
